Hannah brings more than a decade of experience across banking, residential lending and credit assessment to her role as a Mortgage Broker at Fundex Capital.
Her career includes roles with some of Australia’s leading financial institutions, including NAB, Citi, Macquarie and ANZ, giving her valuable experience across both sides of the lending process. Most recently, Hannah worked as a Direct Lending Advisor at NAB, helping customers navigate their lending needs and find suitable finance solutions.
Prior to this, Hannah worked as a Mortgage Credit Analyst at Citi, where she assessed residential lending applications submitted by mortgage brokers, evaluated credit risk and made lending recommendations. Her experience at Macquarie further developed her understanding of loan variations and ongoing lending requirements, while more than six years with ANZ established a strong foundation across personal banking, home lending and client service.
This combination of customer-facing lending and behind-the-scenes credit experience gives Hannah a strong understanding of what lenders look for when assessing an application and how to structure and present a lending scenario effectively.
